Joshua Zeller, a junior at Michigan representing Great Britain, finished fifth in the men's 110-meter hurdles final in a wind-legal 13.33 seconds at the World Athletics Championships at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore. Zeller finished third June 10 at the NCAA Division 1 final in 13.26 seconds. He benefited from reigning Olympic gold medalist Hansle Parchment of Jamaica injuring his hamstring during warmups for the final, along with American Devon Allen being called for a false start, in addition to Shane Brathwaite of Barbados not finishing the race.
