Brooke Tjerrild, a senior at Michigan, cleared 13-11.25 (4.25m) on her first atttempt in the women's collegiate pole vault to win the women's collegiate pole vault at the 62nd Mt. SAC Relays Presented by Nike at Hilmer Lodge Stadium in Walnut, Calif. Tjerrild prevailed against Miranda Miller of Cal State Bakersfield based on fewer attempts at an earlier height.
