Aaron Baumgarten was given his first career conference honor, as he was named Big Ten Athlete of the Week following his runner-up finish at PSU last weekend.
The 11th-ranked Maize and Blue will travel a squad of seven athletes to East Lansing this Saturday (Sept. 5) for the 8,000-meter Spartan Invitational at Forest Akers Golf Course.
