2015 Michigan Men's Cross Country Roster

Michigan enjoyed a historic run throughout the 2015 season, winning the Big Ten and NCAA Great Lakes Regional titles before earning the program's first top-10 NCAA finish since 2003.

No. 5 Michigan posted its best national finish since 2003, placing ninth Saturday at the NCAA Championships.

Fifth-year seniors August Pappas and Nick Posada go 'In the Spotlight' before the season finale this weekend (Nov. 21) at the 10,000-meter NCAA Championships in Louisville.

The No. 5-ranked Wolverines will finish their 2015 postseason run with the 10,000-meter at the NCAA Championships on Saturday (Nov. 21, 1 p.m.) at the E.P. Tom Sawyer State Park in Louisville, Kentucky.

Co-captain Mason Ferlic and head coach Kevin Sullivan were named NCAA Great Lakes Regional Athlete and Coach of the Year, respectively.

Regional winner Mason Ferlic led five Wolverines in the top 25 -- Ben Flanagan (11), Nick Renberg (15), Tony Smoragiewicz (18) and Aaron Baumgarten (22) -- as No. 5 U-M won the NCAA Great Lakes Regional.

The No. 5-ranked Wolverines continue their 2015 postseason run with the 10,000-meter with the NCAA Great Lakes Regional at 1 p.m. CST on Friday (Nov. 13) at the Thomas Zimmer Championship Course in Madison, Wisconsin.

Now in his second year at the helm of the program, head coach Kevin Sullivan was named Big Ten Coach of the Year by his peers after U-M took first at the conference championships.

On the strength of top-10 finishes from Mason Ferlic (2nd), Ben Flanagan (8th) and Tony Smoragiewicz (9th), No. 5 Michigan won its first Big Ten championship since 1998.
