U-M fell short of a 12th straight conference crown with a runner-up DMR finish, but U-M tallied 13 PRs across eight events and put four in Saturday's 800m final during day one of the Big Ten Indoor Championships.

The 18th-ranked Wolverines begin the championship portion of their schedule this week, heading to Geneva, Ohio, for the Big Ten Championships (Fri-Sat., Feb. 27-28).

Cindy Ofili's 8.10-second finish in the 60-meter hurdles at U-M's Silverston Invitational on Saturday tied her mark as the fourth-fastest time in the nation.

The Maize and Blue won event titles in six events and tallied 16 top-three performances overall this weekend combined at the Silverston and Alex Wilson Invitationals.

Most of Michigan's squad will remain in Ann Arbor Saturday (Feb. 21) as the Wolverines host the Silverston Invite at 10:30 a.m., while select athletes will head to Notre Dame's Alex Wilson Invite, which begins at 11 a.m.

The Wolverines added seven new PRs to their weekend haul on day two of the SPIRE Invitational, and Cindy Ofili notched a runner-up finish in the 60-meter hurdles at the Don Kirby Collegiate Invitational.
